
Sena Central is a brand new commercial development established by Crestern Property. Being the latest focal point of Pokok Sena, this lively development bridges residential areas, retail and entertainment centres. To establish Crestern Property’s goal to develop communities in Kedah, we demonstrated Sena Central as the latest, vibrant social space by crafting a distinctively local brand awareness strategy.
The brand messaging was crafted with the locals in mind, where the northern dialect was incorporated to resonate with the target audience. The usage of visuals were applied to bridge the communication across, making sure that it is “Closer to the Community” - Lebih dekat dengan komuniti. We tied in handwritten fonts to make the brand more approachable, together with a mixture of popping colours to depict the vibrant community and facilities available at Sena Central. We kept the visual communication as humane as possible by integrating personas that reflects the rich local culture in Kedah.
We then launched awareness campaigns, drawing attention through online and offline advertising to build the hype of a new brand born in Kedah. Sena Central has since become the talk of town as the new commercial hub that offers shopping, food, entertainment and more for the local community to mingle and socialise. This new crowd has helped small local businesses thrive, building a new neighbourhood that allows new business opportunities to arise around Sena Central. The hype continued as Crestern Property introduced their next phase - Taman Alam Sena, a place to reside within the new community built at the heart of Pokok Sena.
