We are a creative agency seeking a highly skilled and motivated Creative Agency Project Manager to join our team. As the Creative Agency Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and production to develop project timelines, budgets, resource plans and vendor relationships.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage project scope, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations management.
• Develop project status reports and provide regular updates to the team and clients.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring that they are proactively addressed and resolved.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Key Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in project management in a creative, design agency or related field.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
